What information do we hold about you and how is it collected?
When you register on this site, some personal information (including your name, postal and email addresses) is collected by us.
In common with many other online services, we may use "cookies" to store and sometimes track information about you. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. We take steps to guard against unauthorised access to customer data. Although we make every effort to create a secure environment for your personal information, we cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information which you transmit to us online.

Payment options
Once you've browsed our club shop and decided which items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of credit and debit card payment options to suit you.
We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo.
At the Reds Superstore, we're proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.
We only post Mondays - Fridays. Goods will be delivered between 7-14 Days, from date of purchase. For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 3.30pm. Please note - There are no postal collections over the Bank Holiday period.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Returns should be marked for attention of:

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery as Barnsley FC cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
Stock Availability
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.
